A combination of group and individual sessions that build shared language, trust, alignment, communication, accountability, role clarity, conflict resolution, and practical leadership operating tools.

Founder strategy session
A private session with the founders or CEO to identify the real leadership friction points, business priorities, and desired outcomes.

Company Heat Map
A strategic diagnostic tool that visually identifies where a company is experiencing the greatest pressure, misalignment, risk, opportunity, or performance gaps across leadership, team dynamics, communication, operations, revenue, and execution.

Leadership intake or diagnostic
A short written intake before the program begins so each leader reflects on communication, trust, clarity, accountability, priorities, and leadership growth areas.

Five private executive coaching sessions
One private session per leader, or a defined number of private sessions allocated across the five leaders depending on the company’s needs.

Five leadership group coaching sessions
These group sessions, customer built ot address the primary needs of your organization, are conducted in your offices and facilitated by our Master Executive Strategist, Tina Marie St. Cyr.
