Michelle Navarro, Lead Certified Coach
Michelle Navarro is the founder and CEO of Michelle Navarro Insurance Agency established in 2011. Michelle entered the Insurance industry in 1999 through Farmers Insurance and maintained her tenure with Farmers until 2019. She started her own Agency with Farmers Insurance in 2011, then in 2019 decided to explore greater opportunities when she took her business model and experience and became an Independent Insurance Agent.
While Michelle continues to grow her Insurance Agency, she is also the President of a local chapter of the largest non-profit organization in the World. The main purpose of the organization is to give back to the local community. Michelle has served as the standing President of The Sugar Land Imperial Lions Club since 2015. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Club as 2nd Vice-President since the Clubs charter in 2014. Michelle has a passion for helping others and often volunteers with various organizations that help victims of Human Trafficking.
Michelle is a Military mom with 2 sons. Her oldest son served in the U.S. Marines for 8 years and her youngest son is a senior in high school. She is married to a wonderful man that she admires. They were married in February 2005. Her husband also has a son and daughter of his own.
They became a blended family and have overcome all the challenges of that integration together. They also expanded their hearts and provide a loving home to 4 dogs. (2 teacup Yorkies 11 years old, a Husky 10 years old, and a Boxer mix 5 years old.)

Michelle loves spending time with her family and playing games or going to the races. Car races that it…. She loves cars, all kinds... old American muscle cars to exotics and everything in between. She also loves going to car shows with her boys. Michelle loves to travel with her family and friends making fun memories. She likes to go camping on the weekends or taking road trips across the Country. Michelle lives for fun, adventurous experiences and enjoys sharing those experiences with the people she loves. She exudes passion and enthusiasm in everything that she does.
